We deliver to Germany and the following European countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland.

If you place an order over 150 euros, delivery is free within Germany. The shipping discount is applied directly before paying, after you have entered your delivery address and selected the shipping method.

As soon as your order is prepared by our warehouse and ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number and a link to track your package via DHL.

After we receive your order, your package will arrive within 3-5 business days.

If you have not received your order, please check the tracking link included in the confirmation email we sent you. If you notice any irregularity or a longer delivery time, please contact us by email at hello@lenry-pickleball.com .

Depending on how far along we are in processing your order, we may still be able to change your shipping address. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible by email at hello@lenry-pickleball.com .

If you want to return a product, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your package. Please make sure that the product shows no signs of use. Send us an email to hello@lenry-pickleball.com so that we can send you a return form. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The refund for your product(s) will be made within 14 days.

We accept payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, UnionPay), ShopPay, ApplePay, GooglePay, Klarna and via the PayPal platform.
